We're always looking for big-hearted individuals with a passion to serve the people we're working with 'hands-on'. Every year, we host self-supported short-term volunteers and long-term staff from around the world to help in various capacities.
As well as assisting staff in our offices and out in the field, this is a unique opportunity to connect in person with the people we help. Be warned - your heart will never be the same again!
We endeavor to find a good fit with an applicant's skills and passions, and the opportunities available. Keep in mind, the number of positions are limited. We review all applicants to ensure there is an appropriate fit for the position, our staff, and the people we help.
To apply, download the application form below and return it with the position title you're applying for in the subject line to getinvolved@partners.ngo.
Those interested in helping locally in your home country can email the appropriate support country office.

What our short-term volunteers are saying.
I had the opportunity to visit Shan Medical Training in Shan State, taking a break from my job as a Paramedic Lecturer. The adventure across the border was a stunning introduction to what are the most beautiful places I have ever been. The students were the most attentive and hard working students I have ever encountered.
Working in this project has opened my eyes to the possible success of the cross-cultural teaching of medical training. It has also made me appreciate the importance of simplicity and valuing the people around me. Having no cell phone and Internet made me connect with those around me and take in the beauty of the place I was in. I look forward to visiting again to continue teaching these remarkable students.
- Ari, Paramedic from Auckland, New Zealand
