Partners UK is an affiliate of Partners Relief & Development, a humanitarian service organization that firmly believes that to love is to act.
We act by providing emergency relief during acute crisis events and by working with communities of displaced families to design sustainable development initiatives that transform community wellbeing, improve health and education, and provide a nurturing environment for children.
Free, full lives for children affected by conflict and oppression.
Ensuring children and communities affected by conflict and oppression are safe, healthy, and have access to education.
This is how we are shaping a future where children affected by conflict and oppression have the chance to live free, full lives.
Through the provision of food, shelter, medical care and basic survival necessities during crisis events.
That transforms community wellbeing, improves health and education, and provides a nurturing environment for children.
We endeavour to uphold high ethical standards in all aspects of our humanitarian work. As part of this commitment, Partners Relief & Development has adopted the Principles of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and NGOs in Disaster Response Programs. This voluntary code of conduct establishes clear ethical standards by which we monitor our relief delivery. Download a copy of the code here.
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.Micah 6:8 (NIV)
We're focused on solutions that move beyond immediate relief. By equipping poor and displaced communities with sustainable ways of empowering them to provide for their community needs, we enable them to flourish even in a state of conflict and oppression.
We're driven by relationships, not policy. We appreciate the capabilities that are already held by communities and develop partnerships to draw people and skills together to develop creative solutions to the unique problems they face.
We're inspired by our faith to do more than just talk about God's love. We demonstrate it through practical response, caring for the whole person by working to improve their spiritual, physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.
