Empowered women are crucial to a healthy and thriving community.
Women’s struggle for the right to health and to work for a better future is even more exacerbated in the Middle East, where decades of war, famine and terrorism have oppressed women to an extreme degree. Through the Empower ME project, we’re fostering their physical health through female health training and distribution of reusable feminine hygiene supplies, as well as providing life skills training that opens up new opportunities for future employment.
